Aileen Rae Wrothwell up-ended her life and left the corporate world for a big adventure chasing her dreams. She reinvented herself, her purpose, and met a trucker named Sunny D. She decided to spend six months traveling around in the cab of Sunny D’s truck while writing and creating the foundations of a new career coaching others to find purpose, success and happiness in their lives! She now runs a coaching program called Soul Spa Lounge which helps people who want to change their lives find the courage and inspiration to do so. Aileen is also an author, artist, and motivational speaker!
Aileen Rae Wrothwell had a moment when she found that her corporate life in Seattle wasn’t giving her the happiness and fulfillment that she needed. She needed to break out, to make changes, and find a way to set her soul free. After years of online dating Aileen met Sunny D. Sunny D was a long haul trucker and after a whirlwind courtship Aileen decided to leave her 70 hr work week corporate job, sell her house and then joined Sunny D on the road for a 6 month mental health day, where she could focus on her art, photography and pursue her dream as a writer. Aileen took the risk of making the scary changes to find fulfillment, happiness and love.
After spending 2 years living in New Mexico, Aileen now resides back in Washington and has parlayed her experience into a career coaching high-performing executives on how to have the bravery to change their lives in order to pursue their own happiness, personal and spiritual fulfillment. Aileen is also a talented author who is working on her first book, an incredible photographer, and also produces beautiful art and jewelry. Tune in to hear Aileen’s incredibly inspiring story.
