Thomas DeLauer is a fitness and nutrition coach dedicated to making better health accessible and sustainable for everyone. Thomas uses his YouTube channel, podcast, and blog to teach people how to eat healthier regardless of their economic situation, and how to exercise to build lean muscle and burn off the excess body fat. Thomas joins Yogi to talk about how to make health and health education accessible to more people.

Thomas  DeLauer grew up as an athlete excelling in sports such as rugby and long distance running.  Later he found himself in a business career based around sales.  As he became more successful he also became more indulgent in his lifestyle choices and began on a path that caused him to gain unhealthy amounts of body fat and consume foods that were toxic to his system.  After Thomas’ wife was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease and his father was diagnosed with cancer Thomas was given a huge wake up call about his own lifestyle.  He decided to make serious changes and get healthier. He engrossed himself in education regarding nutrition and fitness.  Thomas improved his own health and in the process changed his career to help others do the same. 

Thomas is now a fitness and nutritional coach who has worked with top corporate executives, elite athletes, and members of the military special forces to not only improve health, but also improve physical and mental performance.  Thomas has an extremely popular YouTube channel and podcast where he shares his knowledge and methods to help people make improvements to their health and mindset.
