I recently attended KETO Con 2017 in Austin, Texas, where I had been asked to speak about my experience of KETO and Bipolar.
I’ve had a boatload of requests from folks who couldn’t be there, folks who wanted to re-watch it, and folks who wanted to share it with others who they hope it will help. So please feel free to share it broadly with anyone who may find comfort or benefit.
I am incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support and love since my talk. My only hope is that this can help others to live in technicolor.

Ruth PoutanenHi Carrie,
Your presentation was not what I expected, of course, but very eye-opening and emotional for me. So glad I was able to meet you in person – at the dinner Friday night. I really enjoyed our conversation about food, especially about ice cream! And the whole time I’m sitting there I’m thinking “I’m talking to THE Carrie Brown!” Love your cookbooks and recipes! Keep up the amazing work. You are AWESOME!!
FrancesWow, That was an awesome presentation, so honest and real. Thank you for sharing your story. I listen to you on the Ketovangelist Kitchen podcast which I truly enjoy. You and Brian make me laugh. I am a seasoned cook, but fairly new to keto. I have learned a lot from you Please keep sharing your story and good food.
