  • Kristi Bell - Carrie: Have been loving your recipes for a few years now! Your soup cookbook is my “go to” and shows its battle scars with drips and stains and dog-eared pages! Just received the Holiday cookbook and am anxious to try your turkey cooking method. Pardon me for being dense, but do you peel the oranges before placing them in the turkey? Thank you!!ReplyCancel

  • Shirley - Carrie,
I purchased your ice cream cookbook and I just want everyone to know it’s fabulous! I’ve made the vanilla, strawberry, Jiving Java, Butter Pecan and Chocolate. I’m a huge lover of almond and chocolate together, so after trying your recipes and seeing how they work… I subbed the vanilla extract for almond and threw in some toasted, chopped almonds. You make it positively easy to eat like it’s sinful! My boyfriend and I’ve been eating KETO for nearly 7 months, I’ve lost 47 pounds and he 42. I won’t try to trick myself into thinking that french fries and sugar don’t taste good… but they make me feel BAD! It’s absolutely NO challenge to stay KETO with delicious recipes like yours. (I’ve made the Loaded Twice Cauliflower and the Lemon Marscapone Tarts also.)This food tastes great to anyone, low-carb lifestyle or not. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge with us!ReplyCancel

  • Dani - Please let me know if yoiu could help me to get started, becuz I can’t afford the Sane Solution price of 350 per month. There has to be a cheaper, but helpful way. My phone is 805-451-0464, and you have my enail addressReplyCancel

  • Megan - I just found out my son has a fructose intolerance, which limits quite a bit what he can eat right now. We were also told he needs to avoid xylitol and erythritol, both of the sweeteners I have on hand, and what are in your recipes. Of the “generally tolerated” sweeteners, which do you recommend?
    aspartame, saccharin, sucralose, turbinado
Of course, we also got a list of of lot of sugar products he can have, like table sugar, brown sugar, etc. Would really prefer to avoid those…ReplyCancel

  • Darcy Adams - To one introvert to another….you are awesome.ReplyCancel
