    I purchased your ice cream cookbook and I just want everyone to know it’s fabulous! I’ve made the vanilla, strawberry, Jiving Java, Butter Pecan and Chocolate. I’m a huge lover of almond and chocolate together, so after trying your recipes and seeing how they work… I subbed the vanilla extract for almond and threw in some toasted, chopped almonds. You make it positively easy to eat like it’s sinful! My boyfriend and I’ve been eating KETO for nearly 7 months, I’ve lost 47 pounds and he 42. I won’t try to trick myself into thinking that french fries and sugar don’t taste good… but they make me feel BAD! It’s absolutely NO challenge to stay KETO with delicious recipes like yours. (I’ve made the Loaded Twice Cauliflower and the Lemon Marscapone Tarts also.)This food tastes great to anyone, low-carb lifestyle or not.   • Megan - I just found out my son has a fructose intolerance, which limits quite a bit what he can eat right now. We were also told he needs to avoid xylitol and erythritol, both of the sweeteners I have on hand, and what are in your recipes. Of the “generally tolerated” sweeteners, which do you recommend?
    aspartame, saccharin, sucralose, turbinado
    Of course, we also got a list of of lot of sugar products he can have, like table sugar, brown sugar, etc. Would really prefer to avoid those…ReplyCancel
